JEWEL CRAFT : Leather bow Accessories

Hi everyone!
Thanks to Pinterest I discovered so many DIY tutorials and all these ideas from all around the world expanded my inspiration. So thankful for that!
These are tutorials I tried and highly recommend to you : here and here.
These leather bow bracelets are sooo lovely, I couldn't help myself : I wanted to make some as soon as I found these tutorials on Pinterest!!
So, here are the results for what I made! I love these little jewels, and so simple to make!!

Pinterest m'a permis de découvrir un tas de tutos et toutes ces idées ont aidé mon inspiration à grandir. Je suis reconnaissante pour cela!
Voici 2 tutos que j'ai essayé et que je vous recommande : ici et là.
J'ai craqué dès l'instant où je suis tombé dessus!
Voici donc les résultats de mes créations, j'adore ces petits accessoires et c'est si simple à faire!

Babystuff DIY # 1 : BABYSLING

Babywearing! I love this! I babycarried from the birth of my first child and I tried several kind of babywearing tools : babywrap, sling, sarong...I wanted to make one and I found a nice fabric here : perfect to make a sling...

Project  : Babysling
Projet : Porte bébé Sling

Tutorial : I used the tutorial from this book "Créations maternage"
Tuto : Tuto du livre "Créations Maternage"

Fabric and supplies : Cotton cloth (twill) and sling rings from Arbrinic
Tissu et matériel : Sergé croisé (ou brisé?) det sling rings de la boutique Arbrinic

Result : I love it! I often  use it for short babycarrying as it is very practical. But i have to say it hurts if I carry my baby for a long time with it. My JPMBB wrap is better for long babycarrying!
Résultat : Je l'adore! Je l'utilise souvent pour du portage court car elle est très pratique.Si je la porte trop longtemps, mon épaule me fait mal. Il faut avouer que le poids est mal réparti comparée à une écharpe de portage. Mon écharpe JPMBB est plus adaptée pour des portages longs.

Sewing for women # 1 : BLACK CARDIGAN

The first sewing creation I will introduce to you is a black cardigan. I often fall in love with some nice clothes when strolling in stores : that day, a "relaxed fit" (as they call it) black cardigan caught my eye at Mango! I wanted it but didn't want to spend money for it so.... TADAM! Made it!

Le premier projet couture que je vais vous présenter est un cardigan noir ample. Lors de mes petites promenades dans les magasins, je tombe souvent amoureuse de certains vetements sympas. ce jour-là, j'ai remarqué un cardigan noir ample chez Mango! Je le voulais mais sans dépenser un sou alors.... TADAM! je l'ai fait!

Project  : make a relaxed fit black cardigan according to the one I saw at Mango
Projet : coudre un cardigan ample sur le modèle du cardigan Mango

Pattern and/or tutorial : I had no pattern so I used a cardigan I have to cut the pieces of fabric. For the long tails, with my own inspiration!
Patron et/ou tuto : Je n'avais pas de patron donc j'ai utilisé un cardigan que j'ai pour couper les pièces de tissu... pour les longs pans, au feeling!

Fabric and supplies : I had a black jersey fabric awaiting for a sewing project... More than 6 months it was there in the cupboard!
Tissu et matériel : j'avais un tissu noir en jersey synthétique qui attendait avec impatience un projet couture rien que pour lui... Plus de 6 mois qu'il était là dans le placard!

Result : I found it difficult and annoying to cut the jersey fabric but it ended well. I'd like to make another one and this time, I will use the other side of the fabric as the right side because this side i used is a so dust-sticky kind one!
Résultat : J'ai trouvé la découpe des tissus fort difficile et désagréable mais ça donne bien au final. la prochaine fois, j'utiliserai l'envers du tissu pour l'extérieur car l'endroit n'arrête pas d'attirer la poussière!

Next time I'll make one like this, I might do a tutorial but this depends on your interest in it!
